Rural Baxter/Pillager Area:
This family has overnight shifts available and this opportunity can be full-time or part-time! This home prefers shifts of 7pm-7am but may offer flexible scheduling for the right candidates! Nurses with the ability to work periodic weekends will also take preference.
Foreston Area:
This family has part-time or full-time hours available and needs help on weekday evenings or weekends from about 5pm-10pm, and Fridays from 7am-5pm.
Bemidji Area:
These homes offer days, evenings, and overnight shifts with flexible scheduling. You can choose to be part-time or full-time, whatever works best for your schedule!
Crosby/Ironton Area:
We have two homes in the Crosby and Ironton area. One home is for a teen client, offering part-time to full-time hours and needs help 2 to 3 days a week (12-hour shifts are preferable). No weekends necessary! The second home is for a pediatric client offering part-time hours and needs the most help on overnights from 11pm-7am.
Virginia Area:
This home offers 20-30 hours a week with very flexible scheduling!
Mountain Iron:
This home offers up to 30 hours a week. Shifts are 9am-5pm on varying days of the week so this opportunity is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule!
What is a Personal Care Assistant?
Personal Care Assistants are needed to help provide one-on-one care for clients in the comfort of the client's own home! Job tasks will be different for each client but may include anything from help running errands in the community, prepping meals, and light housekeeping to help with hands-on cares like bathing, grooming, and dressing.
What are the requirements to work as a PCA?
All PCAs must be able to pass a criminal background study and must have (or complete upon hire) a CFSS/PCA Certificate.
What are the schedules like?
Some homes have a set schedule and hours may be listed in each individual ad. Many of our homes offer flexible scheduling where you can create a schedule that works best for you, based on our client's needs!
Staples/Motley:
This caring home offers a very flexible schedule and can be full-time or part-time, whatever works best for your schedule! Tasks would include basic activities of daily living.
Crosby:
This home offers 7 hours a week and a very flexible schedule! Tasks would include basic light housekeeping, meal preparation, and help with shopping and errands.
Bemidji Area:
These homes have days/afternoons/evening shifts available on both weekdays and weekends. These clients offer very flexible scheduling! Tasks would include help with basic activities of daily living.
