Some days, you might work in the  office reviewing nursing documentation or providing support to our  amazing, in-home field staff. Other days, you might get to meet with our  new clients in their homes and help jump-start our admission process or  provide crucial employee training to staff.

Most of the time,  your hours will be the typical 'Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm' but  we're hoping for someone with a little flexibility in their schedule -  sometimes new client admissions or trainings need to be done outside of  business office hours.

What are the minimum requirements?
-Must be able to pass a criminal background study.
-Must have a current RN license in good standing.
-An up-to-date resume and at least 2 professional references will be requested for interested candidates.

Pillager/Baxter:

• Part-time or full-time hours available
• 1-2 overnights a week, 7pm start time preferred, shifts can be minimum of 5hrs to maximum of 12hrs
• Thursdays from 7am-9pm
• Fridays from 2:30pm-7pm 
• Days and evenings on weekends
• Cares may include trilogy vent, neb treatments, periodic suctioning, Gtube, therapies, and basic ADLs.

Bemidji:

• Home 1 (pediatric client): Shifts can be 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm, two to three days a week
• Home 2 (late teen client): Mon-Fri, awake overnights, shifts can be 7pm-7am or 8pm-8am
• Home 3 (Adult Male): AM's and PM's, shifts can be day or evening.

Moorhead:

• Part-time or full-time hours available
• Daytime 8am-4pm and Overnight 12am-8am shifts available, start and end times may be flexible.
• Cares include vent, trach, gtube, oxygen, nebulizer, vest therapy, cough assist and others.
• Client is deaf and blind but can communicate with adaptive devices.

Laporte:

• Part-time hours available
• Evenings 4pm-10pm approximately
• Weekend daytime hours
• Cares include vent, trach, gtube, oxygen, nebulizer and others.
• Pediatric client

Eveleth:

• Part time hours available
• Evenings and weekends during the school year, Days and some weekends in the summer.
• Cares include seizure management, therapies, health monitoring

What is a Personal Care Assistant?

Personal Care Assistants are needed to help provide one-on-one care for clients in the comfort of the client's own home!  Job tasks will be different for each client but may include anything from help running errands in the community, prepping meals, and light housekeeping  to help with ADLS (activities of daily living) including hands-on cares like bathing, grooming, and dressing. 

What are the requirements to work as a PCA? 

All PCAs must be able to pass a criminal background study and must have (or complete upon hire) a CFSS/PCA Certificate. 

What are the schedules like?

Some homes have a set schedule and hours may be listed in each individual ad. Many of our homes offer flexible scheduling where you can create a schedule that works best for you, based on our client's needs!
