Minimum Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing
• Ability to pass a criminal background study
• Completion of agency-specific training prior to working in client homes

BAXTER / PILLAGER

• Part time and full time available
• Days, afternoons, evenings and overnight shifts.   Daytime available on the weekend.
• Client is a 19-year-old female requiring full cares, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, suctioning, respiratory monitoring and therapies, medication administration and monitoring, seizure monitoring, nutritional management, and other related nursing cares.

GARRISON

• Part time or full time available
• During the school year: 4p-9p, weekends as needed.
• Summer hours: Day shift, approximately 8a-5p
• Client is a 21 year old male requiring full cares including respiratory monitoring and therapies, nutritional management, seizure monitoring and management, colostomy care, medication administration and monitoring and other related nursing cares.

DETROIT LAKES

• Part time and full time available.
• Weekdays, 7am-5:30pm approximately
• Client is a 2 year old female requiring full cares including nutritional management, suctioning, respiratory monitoring and therapies, seizure monitoring and management and other related nursing cares.

BEMIDJI

• Part time and full time available
• AM's and PM's, shifts can be day or evening.
•  Client is an adult male with quadriplegia, requiring full cares including medication management and administration, suprapubic catheter care and changing, wound care, physical therapy exercises and basic ADL’s as well as other related nursing cares. 

What is a Personal Care Assistant/CFSS Support Worker?

Personal Care Assistants are needed to help provide one-on-one care for clients in the comfort of the client's own home!  Job tasks will be different for each client but may include anything from help running errands in the community, prepping meals, and light housekeeping  to help with ADLS (activities of daily living) including hands-on cares like bathing, grooming, and dressing. 

What are the requirements to work as a PCA? 

All PCAs must be able to pass a criminal background study and must have (or complete upon hire) a CFSS/PCA Certificate. 

What are the schedules like?

Some homes have a set schedule and hours may be listed in each individual ad. Many of our homes offer flexible scheduling where you can create a schedule that works best for you, based on our client's needs! 

Brainerd Lakes Area:

• 2 adult clients
• Shifts would be earlier morning to afternoon (scheduling is done directly with each client, based on their availability and yours)
• Daily tasks are specific to each client but may include help with personal cares (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.), light housekeeping, and enrichment activities.
• Wages are $17-$18.10

Grey Eagle - approx 20hrs/week

• Pediatric client
• 3:30pm-7:30pm  Mon-Fri
• Wages are $17-$18.10

Bemidji - approx 8hrs/week

• Elderly client
• Saturdays and Sundays, 9am-1pm
• Wages are $17-$18.10

We are looking for a Home Care Coordinator to join our team!

What are some of the tasks?

• Being the key link between clients, field staff, and the agency
• Assisting with new client intakes and new employee on-boarding 
• Organizing and maintaining inner-office processes
• Providing support to other key members of our team

What are the requirements to be considered?

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent 
• College coursework in Medical Administration or Human Resources is preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background study
• Ability to multitask and handle interruptions is key
• Good communication and organizational skills are a must
